STA dual zones tube furnace, include two heating zone, Each heating zone is 200mm in length and controlled by two precision 30 segments digital temperature controllers independently. One zone is heated by MoSi2 heating elements up to 1700oC, and another zone is heated by SiC element up to 1400oC, So the tube furnace can create the various thermal gradient by adjusting two zone temperature. It is excellent furnace to prepare functional materials under thermal gradient, and also can be used for epitaxial film growth by CVD or PVD with a vacuum system


High temperature vacuum dual zones tube furnace is a CE Certified compact tube furnace with a 60 mm dia. alumina processing tube and Super 1800 Grade MoSi2 heating elements. Furnace tube is vertical position, not horizontal. The laboratory furnace is widely used in material & chemical researching labs to sinter all types of new material samples under vacuum and other gas conditions. The temperature of STATF-1700-60-II tube furnace is controlled by a 30 segment programmable high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy of +/-1 C. This tube furnace has a max. working temperature up to 1700oC.


STATF-1700-60-II dual zones tube furnace is real high temperature furnace with up to 1700°C with for max energy saving. It is an ideal tool for preparing new generation material in research laboratory, materials annealing and sintering, composition analysis, quality testing, etc.

Premium Grade Alumina Tube  

High   purity Al2O3 ceramic, Purity > 99.9%.

54   mm (I.D) x 60 mm (O.D) x 1000 mm length.

Two   fiberous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from   inside tube (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber   before heating).

Quartz blocks (optional)   are ideal for cleaner processing enviroment and higher vacuum efficiency.

For   60mm tubes, it is recommended that customers purchase two pairs of tube   support to prevent tube from bending under high temperature

 Sealing Flanges  

One   pair of sealing flanges with double silicone high temperature O-rings is   included.

Two   SS needle valves and one dial vacuum gauge are installed on flanges for   immediate us.

Fitting Ports

Standard   1/4‘’ Barbed fittings with needle valves.

For   supplying high pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting   with the 304SS 1/4" Swagelok?   Tube Fitting, please click underlined to order.
